In these classes we will learn the basic fundamentals of being awife and mother, and the various dynamics that define the marriage covenant. According to Titus 2:3-5, the Lord intends for the godly woman to know her role as wife and mother, and how to function according to the written Word of God. As godly women, we must always remember that we are no longer women of the world, which means that our psychological and emotional state must experience a divine metamorphosis.

We will also be teaching the basic skills of homemaking, including cooking and cleaning. Our endeavor is to prepare you to enter the marriage covenant, and so we will also be giving you premarital counseling to the intent that we might prepare you for a quality relationship with your husband. Many women fail at their marriages, because they have not been adequately prepared to enter the covenant. Their personal view of marriage is a distorted one, because they have been given a worldly definition of what marriage is. It is essential that every believing woman have a biblical revelation of her office/function as wife and mother. This will afford her the opportunity to enter into the marriage covenant with a proper perspective of her role in relation to her husband's role. As First Lady of COCDM it is my intention to mentor you, and to fully inform you of the challenges of marriage as well as its rewards.

Furthermore it is our intention to teach you how to train your children in the things of God. The godly woman must understand that she and her husband have the responsibility of raising a godly inheritance for God, their Father. The Bible instructs all godly parents to train their children in the way that they must go, and when they have reached maturity it (the training) shall not depart from them.Prov 22:6. Saved parents must be committed to giving their children more than a secular education. They must make sure that their children are well informed concerning the things of God. This requires that the Woman of God must take back her primary position as homemaker and child nurturer.

Finally, our aim is to participate in the development of the Virtuous Woman to the intent that she makes her husband known in the gates. Apostle Carter and myself are looking forward to the furtherance of your growth in this area of your walk with the Lord.
